I always stock up with a few bags of fresh cranberries now, when they’re in season, and store any extras in the freezer to use later. They’ll last up to a year frozen.
When buying dried cranberries, don’t forget to check the ingredients. Most dried cranberries have added sugar. Look for cranberries that are unsweetened, or sweetened with fruit juice.
