The notion that ladies shouldn’t eat protein containing merchandise (like powders) as a result of it’ll make them cumbersome is completely not true. Protein powder by itself doesn’t make girls cumbersome, simply as weightlifting by itself doesn’t flip girls into feminine variations of the Hulk!

Males have extra testosterone and are extra able to creating muscle mass than girls. The concept consuming extra protein will create a bulkiness or extra muscle mass in girls simply isn’t true.

Ladies merely don’t have the testosterone to placed on muscle mass very simply.
