A keto or ketogenic diet is a very low-carb diet, which can help you burn fat more effectively. In addition to weight loss and management of Type 2 Diabetes, people have experienced many other health benefits by following a low carb, or ketogenic diet.
But how do you start on a ketogenic diet? This post will help teach you everything you need to know about how to start keto.
